1. Sponsor

The Carsido Celebration $1,000 Car Service Award (the "Contest") is sponsored by Zoooom, Inc. d/b/a Carsido ("Carsido" or "Sponsor"), 13017 Artesia Blvd, D230, Cerritos, CA 90703. Questions about the Contest may be sent to marketing@carsido.com.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on the date the Carsido website at carsido.com first becomes available to the public (the "Launch Date"), which Sponsor will announce at carsido.com/celebration, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on December 15, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper. Entries received after the Contest Period ends will not be accepted.

3. Who Can Enter

The Contest is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:

• are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia;
• are 18 years of age or older (19 or older in Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 or older in Mississippi);
• have a Carsido account in good standing; and
• have completed a vehicle purchase as the buyer using Carsido payments on or before December 15, 2026. A purchase is "completed" when the sale has been finalized on the Carsido platform. Purchases that are cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged back do not qualify.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates and the certified service shops in its network, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each, are not eligible.

The Contest is void in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter, during the Contest Period:

1. Publish a public post on a social media platform (for example, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Threads or YouTube) about your own experience buying a vehicle using Carsido payments, meeting the requirements in Section 5.
2. Email the link to marketing@carsido.com with the subject line "Carsido Celebration Entry", sent from the email address on your Carsido account, and include:
   • your full name;
   • the email address on your Carsido account;
   • the direct link (URL) to your public post; and
   • the year, make and model of the vehicle you purchased.

An entry is complete only when Sponsor receives the email with all of the above before the Contest Period ends. A post that is not submitted by email is not an entry. Limit: one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of posts, accounts or vehicles purchased. If you submit more than one post, only the first complete entry received will be judged. Entries that are late, incomplete, illegible or sent from an email address not associated with an eligible Carsido account are void. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

5. Post Requirements

Your post must:

• be about your own purchase that makes you eligible under Section 3, described truthfully and in your own words;
• be your own original work, created by you, with all necessary permissions from anyone shown, named or heard in it;
• include the hashtags #CarsidoCelebration and #contest in the post itself, so viewers know it is a contest entry;
• remain public and unedited in any material way from submission until winners are announced; and
• comply with the rules and terms of the platform where it is posted.

Your post must not: contain false or misleading statements about Carsido, any person or any vehicle; include another person's private information (such as a VIN, license plate, address or phone number of someone other than you); contain content that is obscene, hateful, harassing, defamatory or unlawful; infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights; or promote any other company's products or services. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that it determines, in its sole discretion, does not meet these requirements.

6. Judging and Winner Selection

After the Contest Period ends, a panel of at least three (3) qualified judges selected by Sponsor will score each eligible entry using the following criteria:

Authenticity and specificity: a genuine, first-hand account of the entrant's own purchase, with concrete details of the experience	40%
Helpfulness to other car buyers: how useful the post would be to someone considering buying a car through Carsido	30%
Clarity and creativity: how clearly and engagingly the story is told	30%

Likes, shares, comments, views, followers and other engagement or reach metrics are not judging criteria and will not be considered. Each judge scores each entry independently; an entry's final score is the average of the judges' scores. The two (2) eligible entries with the highest final scores will be the potential winners. Ties will be broken by the higher average score for Authenticity and specificity; any remaining tie will be broken by a separate vote of the judges. Judging is expected to be completed by December 17, 2026. The judges' decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest.

If fewer than two eligible entries are received, Sponsor will award only as many prizes as there are eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received.

7. Prizes

Two (2) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of vehicle maintenance and repair services at Carsido-certified service shops, up to a total retail value of $1,000 per winner (approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize: up to $1,000; total ARV of all prizes: up to $2,000).

• Services must be performed on a vehicle owned by the winner, at a participating Carsido-certified shop, and are subject to shop availability in the winner's area.
• Prize value is applied as services are completed. A service counts toward the prize only after it is performed and the winner scans the service record in the Carsido app.
• Services may be used over a period of up to ten (10) years after the winner is confirmed, while Sponsor operates its certified-shop service network. Any value not used within that period is forfeited.
• The prize has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is not transferable. Unused value does not carry over. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
• Taxes: Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Because the prize may be worth $600 or more, each winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded, and Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the value of services received.

This prize is separate from, and in addition to, any other Carsido offer the entrant may qualify for, including the first-100-customers service offer.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address on their Carsido account on or about December 17, 2026. To claim the prize, a potential winner must reply within five (5) days of notification and return any required documents, which may include a declaration of eligibility, a liability and publicity release (where lawful) and IRS Form W-9. Sponsor will confirm that the potential winner meets every eligibility requirement, including the completed purchase, before awarding the prize.

If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, does not return the required documents, is found ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the eligible entry with the next-highest final score. Winners are expected to be announced publicly after verification.

9. Disqualification and Fair Play

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who, in Sponsor's sole discretion: tampers with or attempts to undermine the entry or judging process; submits false information, including about the purchase; uses multiple accounts or identities; submits content that is not the entrant's own; or acts in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, threatening or harassing manner. Because engagement is not judged, buying followers, likes, comments or views, or using bots or engagement groups, gives no advantage; doing so may nonetheless result in disqualification. Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may violate criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. License to Your Post and Publicity

You keep ownership of your post. By entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, display, share, link to and use your post, with credit to you, in connection with the Contest and in Sponsor's marketing in any media now known or later developed, for two (2) years after the Contest ends. Sponsor may ask a winner to sign a separate release before featuring their post. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize a winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name, city and state, likeness and post for publicity related to the Contest without further compensation.

11. Social Media Platforms

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google or any other social media platform. Each entrant releases these platforms from all liability in connection with the Contest. Questions about the Contest should be directed to Sponsor, not to any platform.

12. Privacy

Information you provide to enter is collected by Sponsor and used to administer the Contest, verify eligibility and award prizes, and as described in Carsido's Privacy Policy.

13. General Conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor and the judges, which are final and binding. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; in that case, Sponsor may judge eligible entries received before the action was taken. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or undeliverable emails, or for posts that are removed or made private by a platform. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering you release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, the participating service shops, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, injury, loss or damage arising out of your participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize, including services performed by independent service shops. Services are performed by independent shops, which are solely responsible for their work.

15. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Contest will be resolved under the individual arbitration provisions of Carsido's Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference, and in no event will any entrant be permitted to obtain attorneys' fees or punitive, incidental or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.

16. Winners List

For the names of the winners, send an email to marketing@carsido.com with the subject line "Carsido Celebration Winners" within sixty (60) days after December 17, 2026.
