1958 Mercedes Benz 220s offered by current owner. 6 cylinder inline engine, with a 4 speed transmission. Interior is 95% restored (all wood dash and window sashes re-stained and lacquered, all chrome pieces are re-chromed professionally, and other pieces refurbished or custom fabricated). It only needs carpeting to finish the interior restoration. Exterior paint seems original to me, but I'm no paint expert. It has a few small dents, but the body is solid. I have finished the interior, but I'm running out of energy and funds to deal with the paint shops and all the details of it. The car drives good and the transmission shifts well. I have owned this car since 2017, and have spent lots of time on detail work and fabrication of few interior parts that were impossible to find replacement for. I have over $1200 value of new parts that I bought because I was planning to paint the car and replaced after paint job, which I will include in the sale. Seats are good with no tare or damage. Head liner is also great with no tare or sagging. The interior restoration was more important for me than the exterior look, so I spent time and money to achieve that. And I'm leaving it up to the new owner to pick the exterior color and finish the job. Price is $23,500 cash in person and at my local CHASE bank.
