1962 Corvette, Roman Red with a black interior and white convertible top. Non-original engine (originally a 327/340hp), T-10 4-speed transmission. The car needs some mechanical work. I am happy to answer questions but PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHOTOS and carefully read the following information BEFORE ASKING; This car appears to retain all original body panels. I have found two minor repairs on each cove just behind the front wheels (one on each side). There is also a small repair at the right rear bumper mounting area. The paint is old and of mediocre quality with numerous touch-ups. It still has a shine but is driver quality at best. The underbody is devoid of any apparent structural rust but does have a bit of surface rust as can be seen in the photos. The interior shows quite well but the right side dash pad has flaws and the windshield has a crack on the far right side. A new windshield and dash pad will be included in the sale. What the car needs (major items but not necessarily fully inclusive); - The radiator leaks and will require replacement - Carburetor rebuild or replacement - Rear exhaust hangers - Aftermarket radio is installed but not wired - Fuel tank may require replacement - 4 lower ignition shields are missing Additional information; The engine appears to be a 1971 vintage 307. Seems healthy but does need carburetor work. The car has a state assigned VIN which was assigned pre-1988, reason unknown but has a clean Wisconsin title. Some service records, sales documents, and photos from '88 forward are included. No hardtop but some miscellaneous parts will be included. Does run drive and stop.
