This 1970 Chevrolet C10 Custom Stepside pickup is powered by a 5.7-liter L98 V8 that has been equipped with an Air Flow Research intake manifold and cylinder heads, a Holley carburetor, and a COMP Cams camshaft. The engine is backed by a four-speed 700R4 automatic transmission (AOD) with a Ron Francis Wiring torque converter lockup kit and a 12-bolt rear end with a Yukon Dura Grip posi-traction differential with a 3.07:1 gear set with a 5-lug wheel conversion on all fours. The engine and truck are fuel injection ready but currently has a Holley carburetor on it. An aftermarket three-spoke steering wheel frames a Classic Instruments 140-mph electric speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges with clock. The Classic Instruments electric odometer shows 300 + miles, and approximately 3,500 miles were on the original OEM speedometer before replacement. The interior metal surfaces are finished in blue, and the cab has been outfitted with bucket seats trimmed in black as well as a center folding jump seat. The dash pad and door panels were sourced from TMI Products. Other details include power locks and windows, Vintage Air conditioning, and a Pioneer touchscreen display that is linked to two kick panel speakers, speakers in the rear cab corners and a back-up camera. Braking is handled by a Wilwood setup with cross-drilled and slotted rotors as well as a tandem master cylinder and a proportioning valve. Suspension incorporates Classic Performance Products (CPP) drop spindles and QA1 upper & lower control arms, front coil over shocks, and anti-sway bars. A step side cargo bed sourced from a later-model pickup was added, and the bodywork wears a pearl white finish with blue, gray and red accents. New Borgeson power steering gear box and hoses (2026) and QA1 coil over front suspension (2026) complete with tubular upper/lower control arms, ball joints, tie rods, Classic Performance Products (CPP) 2 1/2" drop spindles, and sway bars and a Panhard differential bar. Includes a California Car Cover, documentation from two previous owners and myself, spare serpentine belt, new motor oil and (6) spare oil filters, oil additive Zinc + Lucas Oil Stabilizer, and two sets of spare spark plugs, all which has been my recipe I've been using for oil changes, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.
