1970 Volkswagen Bug for sale in Ventura, CA
Listed at $7,600 USD.
This is an adorable 56 year old Classic 1970 VW Bug. 2 wheel drive. 4 Cylinder. 4 Speed Manual with clutch. 2 door. The odometer shows the mileage to be 015158. Stock yellow paint. Black leather interior. No tears in the upholstery. Mostly original. I have owned this Bug over 24 years. The engine and transmission ran well the last time I drove it. The battery went dead and I was already driving my other car so I placed the Bug in storage. The heater had worked good the last time I used it. The radio had worked but I’ve misplaced the radio faceplate. The carburetor needs cleaning. It was a very fun VW Bug to drive. The last time I drove it to work it ran really well, but the Bug did sit for 6 months and the battery had gone dead. My dream has been to get it running and pretty again, but I haven’t had the time. This will be a fun custom classic project for someone.
