For sale: a classic 1970 Volvo 142s sedan. Less than 6,000 miles on a completely rebuilt B20 engine. Everything from the block up on this engine is brand new: main shaft, bearings, pistons, valves, over sized valve springs, fuel, oil, and water pumps, . New parts installed since the rebuild: Weber carb, header, generator, rebuilt radiator, clutch and throwout bearing, rear brake flex lines, electronic breaker-less ignition, IPD front suspension (have the rear, but not installed). Interior upgrades include Volvo clock and tach (not standard on 142's). Recently repainted British Racing Green. Many extra spare and new parts including: rear side windows, muffler, lights, fuses, front flex lines, brake pads, breaker-less ignition, windshield chrome, M40 transmission (in pieces). So many spare parts they won't all fit in the trunk. This is a mechanically and ascetically pristine classic. Only flaws: about a 14" crack in the windshield and one channel on the radio is out. No computer. $8,000.
