Chevy Luv pickup. I've owned this little pickup for thirty years. It was my daily driver back then. When I acquired it I installed a Z24 throttle body engine and five speed transmission from an '86 Nissan pickup. In later years the rear end and A/C unit from a '95 nissan pickup. It was a neat project, fun to drive, light weight, and very easy on gas. Since moving to Kentucky the body has suffered a number of rusted spots but at last check the frame was still pretty solid. It hasn't run for a while due to (I believe) an issue with the fuel pressure regulator. I have a spare throttle body unit and a spare computer but swapping parts hasn't solved the problem. The pressure regulator is NLA from any sources I've tried. After trading the part from the spare unit I had it running again and thought I was home free but it lasted a short while and quit again. I ordered another regulator for a slightly later model year but it would take some modification to fit it in place and try it out. I'm not sure it would work. I'm seventy eight years old and just don't have the energy or enthusiasm to deal with it any more.
