1976 Chevy C10 Scottsdale Stepside short-bed with a 350 small-block V8 and TH350 automatic transmission. Clean NC title. The truck runs, drives, and shifts well. It’s a solid driver with some areas needing attention, including rust, cosmetics, and a few mechanical items. The sale also includes several spare and replacement parts. ENGINE / DRIVETRAIN - 350 small-block V8 runs well. - The previous owner rebuilt the engine around 2020. I have 2019 receipts documenting many of the rebuild components, including a replacement crankshaft, Summit camshaft, hydraulic lifters, Melling oil pump, cam bearings, freeze plugs, gaskets, break-in oil, and related components. - TH350 automatic transmission drives and shifts normally when properly filled. - The transmission has a slow external ATF leak while parked. It may take several days before it begins to drip. A spare TH350 transmission is also included; see below. BODY / CHASSIS - Short-bed Stepside. - Frame is solid and body is straight. - Rust/perforation is present in the passenger floor, lower cab/rocker, and cab-support areas. See photos. - Paint is rough with considerable patina. The brown paint is peeling in places, exposing the original orange paint underneath, with some surface rust. - Bed wood needs replacement. - Aftermarket billet-style front grille. BRAKES / A/C - Brakes stop the truck, but the power-brake assist is not functioning and pedal effort is high. - Brake-booster vacuum hose and check valve have been replaced. - Factory A/C is not functioning. New replacement A/C parts are included; see below. INTERIOR / AUDIO - Interior is in decent overall condition for its age. - Upgraded 3-point retractable seat belts. - Upgraded audio includes: --- Kenwood Excelon Bluetooth/HD Radio receiver --- Pioneer 6.5" 3-way speakers --- Cerwin-Vega 10" powered under-seat subwoofer - Dash has cracks and the headliner is missing. ADDITIONAL PARTS & DOCUMENTS INCLUDED - Spare TH350 transmission. Said to be functional, but I’ve never tested it.
