This is a true highboy with the narrow frame, divorced transfer case, and open knuckle Dana 44. 1974 390, C6 AT, PB, PS. Prior owner stated the 390 was rebuilt by the then prior owner and had approximately 20,000 miles on it when I purchased the truck. At that time the odometer read around 2000. Currently reads 9700 +/-. Truck runs super strong and clean. Since I have owned the truck I have replaced all engine gaskets except the main seal. Installed NEW - Edelbrock AVS 1406 4 bbl carb (on an Edelbrock Performer Intake that is not new) , OEM fuel pump and sending unit and hoses, OEM distributor with Pertronix electronic ignition, Pertronix wires, Pertronix Flame Thrower coil, Champion Aluminum Radiator, dual Spal electric fans, OEM water pump, hoses, thermostat and temp sending unit, Powermaster Powermax Plus mini starter, battery cables, and starter solenoid, Summit Racing 140 watt single wire alternator, Steerman cycle electronic power steering unit, dual exhaust with Sanderson headers and new stainless 3” pipes to Flowmaster stainless mufflers, 4 wheel disc brake kit and master cylinder, aluminum valve covers, driver door window regulator, interior door panels, arm rests, window cranks, carpet, and all mirrors. The prior, prior owner painted the truck its current red and white two tone over the OEM light blue and dark blue. The paint didn’t take well and bubbled and the clear coat has been flaking off since . There is a very repairable dent in the rear driver quarter, a small rust hole just below that, a small rust hole in the lower rear portion of the driver door, and a small rust hole on the lower front and rear of the passenger door. Other than that the body is solid and the bright work is in excellent condition. Floor boards and body mounts are in good condition. The bed was LineX’d at some point and has tears, but the bed floor is solid. Seat has newer cover.
