Listed at $3,150 USD.
1978 Mercury Bobcat – Clean title, owner is old and out of time and out of money. Body and frame are solid but still needs some rust repair (driver floor pan of which is available for $140 in Canada). Everything can be furnished to make it run again. The 2.3 motor is 30 over, has good compression, an Isky cam, head was just checked and refreshed. The 2.3 motor is designed for a first generation turbo and does not require any ECU. Turbo includes all pipes, and spins free however, it needs seals. If you don’t want to run this motor with this turbo you can run it NA. Drive train your choice of a new A4LD or original complete clutch assembly and four speed transmission. Needs a radiator. Four new tires and two new wheels. Some new parts already purchased and willing to throw in bucket seats. Come see it, to appreciate it I thought it was worth saving from the scrape yard – it just needs a little work. $3150.00
