1979 Lincoln Continental Mark V, 400 CID, 85,600 miles, loaded with all the bells and whistles of the era. Kansas City Missouri Metro area, $9,995. Very well preserved example that has always been garaged and cared for. Looks excellent with no rust, runs and drives as it should, simply floats down the road. Interior is excellent, plush deep red. Original air cleaner is included, clock and radio do not work, missing factory jack, AC compressor kicks on but it is not real cold and I have not had a chance to add refrigerant. It has a slight exhaust manifold leak and one small scar on the rear deck as shown, I do not have the factory wheels. Newer battery, aftermarket rims, good tires, ready to go. This car is a joy to drive and turns heads. The pinnacle of personal luxury in 1979, the Lincoln Continental Mark V has the distinction of being the highest priced vehicle in 1979. As the last year of the large body style Ford went out with a bang with the Mark V, the ultimate "Land Yacht" driving experience.
