1986 Mercedes-Benz 300E – Classic W124 – Great Running & Driving Car! This is a great-running and driving classic Mercedes-Benz 300E. It is arguably in Good Plus condition for its age. These cars are becoming increasingly popular and collectible, while still remaining an affordable entry into classic Mercedes-Benz ownership. According to Classic.com, the average sale price for these vehicles has been nearly $8,000. This is the first year of the legendary W124 generation, produced from 1986 through 1994. Many Mercedes enthusiasts consider the W124 models to be among the last of the truly overbuilt Mercedes-Benz vehicles, known for their exceptional engineering, durability, and Mercedes-Benz build quality. This 1986 Mercedes-Benz 300E is an affordable classic that is growing in popularity and collectability, making it reasonable to believe that well-kept examples will continue to increase in value. Very Good Vehicle History – NO Accidents! Features include: • Power windows • Power seats • Power door locks • Factory alarm • Cold A/C • And more Recent Service Includes: • 3 brand-new catalytic converters • A/C converted to R134a and blows nice and cold • New suspension components, including left and right inner, center, and outer tie rod ends • All 4 new shocks • Fresh alignment • New spark plugs and plug wires • Newer tires The paint still shines great. There is no significant body damage, with only a few minor dings consistent with the age of the vehicle. The true mileage is unknown. The odometer currently reads 180,755 miles, but it is no longer advancing. I do not know how long or how many miles the car has been driven since the odometer stopped working. This issue is commonly repaired by replacing a small plastic gear in the instrument cluster. The car looks, runs, and drives like it has considerably fewer miles. Current registration has just been paid through July 2027, so it is current and ready to transfer to the new owner. This is a great opportunity to own an increasingly collectible, exceptionally well-built classic Mercedes-Benz at an affordable price. 2 0 9. 7 8 7. 03 07 VIN: WDBEA30D2GA238376 $6,900 Call or Text: show contact info
