This is a very straight (no dents, no bondo, no rust) 87 Bronco with a very low production original power plant with the reliable inline six and the rock crawling (granny low 1st gear) 4 speed. Brakes good, clutch good, trans good, runs cool, XLT model with factory dual front shocks, factory A/C vehicle with the high back bucket seats. Starts, runs, & drives reliably. Selling as a project because I don’t know if it will pass CA smog. I bought it in NV intending to bring to my place in Montana so I registered it there, but then I found another project (Centurion OBS Crew Cab F150 4x4) so will be letting this one go. Good compression, identical in every cylinder. Has solid front axle with front and rear 3:08 gear (I believe). Prior owner had Rancho 4” suspension lift done not long before I picked it up. Rides great. 4WD works great both high and low. Tires are 31x10.5x15 Goodrich T/A K02 from 2022. Certainly needs lots of TLC but a solid, rust free foundation for a rock crawler, dedicated weekend 4-wheeler, or restoration project. Have Marti report showing only 158 made with this engine and trans combo. Had the fuel tank emptied, fitted new fuel pump & filter, Now has full 33 gallon tank of fresh 91 octane. All gauges seem to work except the tach. Seats and door panels are not great, dash is perfect, no cracks.
