My son needed an affordable beater car for the summer between college freshman and sophomore years, and this is the one he manifested. It's got 4 good wheels, good motor and transmission, and good brakes. Gets you from point A to B if you don't mind a little slop in the steering and the smell of hot motor oil (decent drip that blows back onto the cat/exhaust pipe). Would not recommend for inexperienced drivers as, say for example, going over Hwy 17 can be sketchy between the twisty turny road and the slop in the steering, but hey the A/C and radio work great! Has a sunroof but we never tried opening it. This was a top of the line car 30 years ago and now it's exactly that, a 30 year old car with 216,000 miles on it. Bought it from a guy who inherited it from his aunt who kept up on the maintenance. Passes smog on the dyno. Pardon the dirt on the car in the pics. Just wanted to get this posted sooner than later.
