1996 Ford Aerostar. Something different. It gets a lot of comments and smiles. 3.0L V6 starts and runs smooth. Transmission shifts smooth. It can do burn outs if you want. RWD. Former tool and haul van for Fort Hays State University and for me these past 18 months. Replaced with a Tahoe. Mechanically, starts, runs, and drives. I drive it to Harbor Freight and Menards in Topeka. But, I have driven it from Hays to Lawrence, Topeka to Springfield, MO and back as wells as back and forth between Lawrence and Topeka. It has never stranded me. Frame is solid. This is probably not for someone looking for a reliable daily driver. Mechanical knowledge, tools, and patience may be needed. Tires have less than 3000 miles on them. Radiator replaced 6 months ago. Belt tensioner replaced 10 months ago. New valve cover gaskets and oil pan gasket 8 months ago. There are some oil seeps under the hood but it does not drip and leave a mess on the driveway. Steering wheel pulls to the right and steering is loose. Power steering pump whines but works fine. I will include a new power steering pump in the sale that I bought but haven't needed. Be a hero, show up in this like it's no big deal, which it isn't, but others think it is. Clean title in hand. Call or text will be seen before emails. First come, first sold. Will not hold or ship. Strict limit of two questions where my answer is "read the ad".
