Probably just a sensor.” “I know what I got.” I'm not asking you to trust me. I'm asking you to check my work. I made a full 33 minute walkaround and inspection video of this truck. It has 230,625 miles. The truck came to us from my father-in-law in Wisconsin and drove approximately 350 miles home to Illinois under its own power. We were told it spent part of its life in Arizona. The fuel filter/fuel pump were addressed in Wisconsin, and the front wheel bearings were adjusted before the trip home. I'm not calling it perfect, and I'm not going to call it “rust free.” What impressed me most is the condition of the cab corners, rockers, frame and underside for a truck of this age. I've included detailed photos and video so you can judge that for yourself. The dash is cracked/brittle like many second-gen Dodges. In fact, I originally thought the dash was “good” and described it that way. The internet was more than happy to correct me and educate me on the infamous second-gen Dodge dash. I learned something, corrected the ad, and lowered the price from $14,900 to $12,000. It has scratches, dings and other cosmetic wear consistent with its age. I've tried to photograph those rather than hide them. Cruise control does not currently work. The full video includes a cold start and blow-by test, along with the frame and undercarriage. I intentionally made the video long because nobody should drive several hours to look at my truck and discover something I already knew about it.
