Hi, I have a 2wd 1999 4 runner in okay condition. It starts but has a rough idle. It has not been registered since 2018 and I’m unsure if I have the title anymore. It was idling rough last time I drove it (6 months ago) no battery right now and has over 300k miles. I’ve got to get it off the property now and even though it will start and I have the key, you should be prepared to tow it. Code reader said misfire on cyl 3&4. Send me your best offer please.
