1999 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner for sale in Los Angeles, CA
Listed at $7,800 USD.
1999 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner XtraCab – 6ft Bed – Clean Title – Well Maintained - No Accidents odometer: 238384 VIN: 4TASM92N8XZ462057 Selling because, even though I know this era of Tacoma is legendary for longevity etc., I want a newer truck mainly so I can drive family around more comfortably. I’ve owned for 5+ years and it’s been well maintained by the same shop in Hollywood the entire time, driven less than 4k per year. AC blows cold 🧊 I’ve kept it well maintained mechanically, including major work like: - cylinder head + thermostat - catalytic converter - alternator + water pump - front brake pads and rotors + rear brake service - rear axle seals - Oil pan gasket - Front crankshaft + oil pump seals - Oxygen sensor + spark plugs - Regular oil/fluid service - Professional engine degreasing/cleaning CARFAX report available (sept 15, 2026) showing 30 service records and no accidents or damage reported. Aftermarket additions: — Viper security system (great for old Tacoma, otherwise they are a bit vulnerable to theft). I have 2 keys and fobs. — added pioneer console for music and charging, plus speakers and a powerful subwoofers — external apple CarPlay monitor for navigation etc. Truck is 27 years old and there are several cosmetic imperfections: scratches, dents, some body corrosion, imperfections in cabin like small rips on seats, missing knob or two. Known safety issue: the airbag/SRS warning light is on. No other warning lights are on and the truck just passed smog again. ** Clean California Title (paper title in hand, in my name) ** Registration current through Dec 31, 2026 ** Smog check in hand (Sept 15 2026) Truck is being sold in as-is condition and I can take cash or verified cashier’s check as payment. Located in 90057 for test drive. We can do the sale/title/registration at a nearby registration service I have used before, or one of your choosing if it’s also nearby. Happy to share my mechanic’s info if you’d like to ask them anything.
