2001 Porsche Boxster Base for sale in Philadelphia, PA
Listed at $7,500 USD.
**If you're reading this ad, the car is still for sale; I will take it down when it sells.** My 5-Speed 2001 Porsche Boxster is the best car I've ever owned. In the 6 years I've owned it, not too many times have passed where someone didn't stop me to talk about the car, as it's a legit head-turner. It has been carefully maintained for its duration with DETAILED records of its maintenance all in hand. It was a victim of the infamous IMS Bearing issue that plagued this model that blew everyone's engine in about 2012 when it had 155,000 miles on the odometer. The work was done at a reputable spot in Atlanta, where I bought the car, with a new engine complete with a tranny swap and all the trimmings (I have all the documents). While it has 216,000 on the dash, it only has about 63,000 miles on the engine. I've had it for 6 years, worked from home the entire time, and used it as a weekend car, sometimes, as I have two other cars I drive more. It runs and drives perfectly. It has the normal nicks associated with a 25-year-old car but looks very good. The driver's side door handle cover on the inside is missing (pictured). Some of the paint has faded (pictured). It has front and rear dash cameras. It’s a convertible but has the Hardtop, which you have to take off to get to the convertible, which didn’t work the last time I tried it years ago. This is a detailed post about the car where I have disclosed everything. I'm not in a hurry to sell my car, as I love it, and if I don't get what I'm looking for, I'll just keep it. It has a clean title from Pennsylvania. TEXT me ONLY. All calls will be ignored.
