This Element has been babied all its life. It has always been an inland California vehicle with just two cross-country trips in the summer, so it’s never been on salted roads. It has been kept in a garage at home and, during those work years, it was parked in shaded spaces so there's little sun damage. Maintenance was done by a Honda dealer in Walnut Creek for most of its life, and now that I’m in the desert, it’s had some work done at Unicars Honda in Indio and Cam Stone's Automotive in Palm Desert. It’s got almost 260k miles but most of those miles are early morning or late evening commute miles along highway 24 between Walnut Creek and Oakland. Compression test shows the engine is strong (see numbers below). I put about $3.4k into the suspension a few thousand miles ago, along with new tires. It also has a new dash cam, rear cam, and Pioneer infotainment center with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Plus it has most of the bells and whistles you can get for an Element such as fog lights, hood shield, window visors, rear bumper protector, rubber mats, rubber cargo tray, roof rack and cross bars. The EX is also AWD and has a sunroof and subwoofer. The front driver’s seat was re-upholstered with a factory piece so there’s no wear on the driver’s side as you see in a lot of Elements. It also comes with a locking gas cap and wheel locks if you want to use them. I kept the original radio which can be reinstalled if someone wants to do that. There's only been one minor accident that caused cosmetic damage to the right front, but those parts were replaced and there was absolutely no damage to the frame. I'm selling because I have a new KIA, and I'm thinking of buying a camper, although I'm very hesitant to sell this Element. I want it to go to a good home.
