2005 Nissan Xterra Off-Road 4WD VIN: 5N1AN08WX5C628549 Mileage: 243,900 Price: $2500 Clean title in hand I’ve owned this Xterra for about 5.5 years as a daily driver. I recently purchased a truck, so it’s time for her to go. She runs and drives well, and I’ve tried to be very upfront about the things that need attention. This is a high-mileage, 21-year-old vehicle, so please read the known issues below before reaching out. The Bad: Codes P0420/P0430: The front catalytic-converter connections have an exhaust leak. A few years ago I replaced all four catalytic converters with an aftermarket set and installed OEM O2 sensors. The aftermarket cats don't seal particularly well at the two-bolt flanges. I’ve replaced the exhaust gaskets as needed and have been able to seal the system well enough to pass emissions every two years. Code P0720: This appeared after a transmission-pan leak. The pan gasket was replaced, and the issue appears to have been resolved. Cracked Windshield (center to passenger side). Mildly warped front rotors. One idler pulley squeaks for a bit on startup. Engine was professionally replaced at 200k miles (with 150k used engine). The Good: Runs and drives well, Tags good until 4/2027 4x4 Off Road trim with rear locker Automatic Transmission Upgraded Tow package (5K lbs) Tow keys, one lock/unlock Aftermarket wireless Apple CarPlay Tires at 40% front, 60% rear AC works well History and Maintenance: Purchased in Feb 2021 at 200k miles after Fernando’s 76 on Foster Rd. Installed a used motor from a 150k mile Xterra. 206k miles: Timing set and hydraulic tensioners/guides, water pump, spark plugs, alternator, battery, hoses and belts. Catalytic converters (aftermarket) and OEM O2 sensors ~2-3 years ago. Radiator was replaced a number of years ago (common issue prevention, installed before my ownership). Consistent 5k mile oil changes. I recently drove it to Central Oregon / Lake Billy Chinook and back in August with no issues. Mileage-wise, I consistently got a bit over 15mpg around town. My best was 19.2 mpg on the highway (I tracked closely for 10k miles). $2,500 cash or certified check. Happy to meet at your bank for a certified check transaction.
