Selling my 2005 Toyota Corolla for $700 obo. PLEASE READ ENTIRE AD BEFORE RESPONDING. 5 speed manual. Clean CA title in my name. Runs and drives. No leaks, A/C and heat work great. New tires, clutch, brakes and rotors in the last 20k miles(per carfax). I bought this vehicle in April of this year from the 2nd owner. When I bought it, it had a dull bearing grind noise in 2nd and 3rd gear at low speeds(in gear). Noise went away when the clutch was pressed in. The noise slowly made its way into all 5 gears. It recently started making a higher pitch noise after driving it for 5 minutes along with a grinding noise. I'm not a mechanic but I'm pretty sure it needs transmission work. It starts and drives but I recommend getting it towed. If this ad is up, it's still available. Tags good until January 2027. It passed smog when I bought it in April. You will need to smog it again for title transfer. Gets great gas mileage. Has a little over 250k original miles. I'll only respond to people interested in buying this vehicle.
