I love my Escape Hybrid but unfortunately it's reached the end of its life in its current form. There's some undercarriage rust that won't allow it to pass inspection, and paying for the body work doesn't make sense. I want to be clear that the rust doesn't extend to the entire undercarriage, just to some key areas that are important for inspection. Overall, it still looks and drives like a great car. Hybrid battery is still great. Cooper Discoverer RTX all-terrain tires purchased October 2022 are still great -- only 23,503 miles driven on them. If you're handy with body work and can do the work yourself, this car is a steal for you. Only 140,052 miles on it. I've driven it gently and taken good care of it. I have extensive service records.
