She’s a 2006 118” WB SHC and was built to be a reliable full time, live-in camper for my pup and I. Interior is warm, cozy, and bright. There is no wasted space and it’s incredibly intuitive, simple and functional. I’ve gone through all the mechanical and electrical of this van and tried to do as much as I could. Work was done by myself as well as a specialist shop, Sprinter Mobile Repair (for the jobs where i was pulling my hair out) down in San Diego. They do tons of work on the oldies and know these vans inside and out. Everything is OEM and either came from Europarts SD or direct from the manufacturer. All the work has been done in the last 3 years. Majority in 2024. This is a nonexhuastive list. I have receipts and paper records, most of them are digital in my email that I have to hunt for. She’s dialed at the moment. I drive her daily, and also do frequent long trips. I got this van to the point where I can do those things without worry. I honestly am extremely sad to list her, but life is changing and she’s built to be on the road. She belongs living her best life, not sitting in the driveway. I have lived in her full time, and meticulously designed and built her out using professional principles to the best of my ability. This is not a showroom van, nor is she a new vehicle. She looks nice, she’s well built and cared for, but she is well used and has seen a life on and off-road. Flex pipe is a bit corroded, could use a replacement. Vents (incredibly commonplace with T1Ns - -nice to have) Blower mower resistor is a frequent thing to check out, these go out all the time. New blower fans would be nice. They’re original Passenger seal belt could use a replacement or fix, retractor is meh. It’s safe. It works, but it’s tired. Steering is a bit tight. It’s been flushed and inspected. I like the heavier feel, but could be softer. passenger o-shit handle is missing a screw and it’s just hanging arms rests and visors are original, a bit worn.
