I've owned it and maintained it meticulously, with regular oil changes, timely repairs, and a long history of documented service from timing belt, suspension, transmission services to oil changes. I've used the GX extensively for an active outdoor life with my animals from towing travel trailers over big mountain passes, hauling my horse, ski trips, camping, fishing, road trips, and everyday life with dogs. I even had a custom bed at one point to sleep and camp comfortably for me and 2 dogs. It has been an INCREDIBLY dependable vehicle, I will be sad to see it go. It has the original engine and has tons of miles left, these SUV's are known for their bulletproof V8 engines. I installed the heavy duty hitch and it has a brake controller. Additional weather tech floor mats added. It does show its age and use cosmetically, there are scratches, scrapes and dings, and the leather is worn with some holes. I do have one of the 3rd row seats and the leather saved from the second jump seat to reuse on the captain driver chair for repairs if you'd like. I have custom Mossy Oak seat covers on the front captain seats that will go with the vehicle. The important thing to me has always been the mechanical condition and maintenance, and I've stayed on top of that throughout my ownership the last 8 years. Recent & Major Maintenance: • Timing belt replaced at 246,820 miles (2/2024) • Four tires replaced at 247,747 miles (3/2024) • Front struts/strut cartridges replaced and alternator replaced at 252,930 miles (6/2024) • Spark plugs replaced at 256,786 miles (8/2024) • Rear brake pads & rotors replaced, along with brake fluid, differential fluid, power steering fluid and transfer case fluid at 234,888 miles (9/2023) • Transmission serviced/fluid changed and lower control arms replaced at 267,415 miles (10/2025) • Air suspension compressor replaced/repaired and rear suspensionAir suspension compressor replaced/repaired and rear suspension serviced at 270,125 miles (3/2026) • Oil and filter changed regularly, including June 2026 and September 2026 • Most recent oil change performed 9/10/2026 at 278,260 miles The Carfax shows 79 service records, with documented maintenance dating back to early in the vehicle's 19+ year life. New windshield glass scheduled for this next week. I'm selling it because I need more towing capacity for my larger horse trailer, and I'd also like something with better fuel economy.
