2008 Cadillac CTS Premium Luxury AWD 3.6 DI with 90,000 miles. 3.6L Direct Injection engine coupled to a six-speed automatic transmission. Dark Cherry metallic exterior (may look black in photos in the shade) with a Cashmere interior. Premium Luxury means all the options. Navigation, CD and HDD, memory seats and mirrors, tilt/telescope steering wheel, keyless entry, etc. A list of the options is below. Meticulously maintained, I have the original maintenance records from the dealership, as well as what I’ve done to it over that past nine years. If you’ve done your research, you know that one of the weak points in the 3.6 of this era was the timing chains. They were replaced at 19,000 before we purchased the vehicle. One thing that improves the life of the timing chains, not to mention the entire engine, is regular oil changes, so I’ve changed the oil when the Oil Life Monitor gets to 50%, as you can see by the mileage between changes. In addition, the front and rear differentials have been serviced, as well as the transfer case. The transmission fluid was changed at 56,440, earlier than GM recommends, so you have a while before it needs to be serviced. Fuel pump has been replaced as well as the fuel injectors. One of the issues with ALL direct injection engines is carbon build-up on the intake valves. The intake valves/ports were walnut-blasted when the injectors were replaced, and catch-cans installed to prevent build-up in the future. Belts and idlers were replaced soon after we purchased it, and the alternator has been rebuilt as well. Newer air filter, cabin air filter, and wiper blades. You shouldn’t have to do anything to this Cadillac for a long time with the exception of oil changes. Keyless entry with two remotes. Adaptive headlights (follow the steering wheel) were originally HID, but have been replaced with LEDs. As you can see from the photos, there is no clouding in the headlamp lenses – this car spent its off hours in the garage. DRLs are LED as well, as are all of the interior lamps. Has flashing third brake light, and tinted windows. Yokohma Avid Ascend GT 235/50-18 Tires (18” wheels were optional, and the wheels have been powder-coated for lower maintenance) mounted at around 80,000, so less than 10,000 miles on them. Custom mounted dash cam with parking mode. (See the photos for the rear camera location, just below the Cadillac crest). Compact spare, jack and lug wrench. Custom front and rear sun shields, carpeted floor mats, all weather floor mats for the front, and printed owner’s manual are included. Also has Cadillac logo puddle lights. I do have the CarFax report from when we purchased it, but all of the maintenance since has been performed by me, so there are no ‘public’ records of any service. There were a few items taken care of under warranty (I have the list) so all of the small issues have been dealt with.
