Pros: Well-loved, well-used, dependable daily driver! This is an ‘old-school F-150’ from back before trucks had so many computers and electronics to worry about! It’s been a dependable truck for family trips, tough weather, beach days, and everyday driving. It has never let me down. I recently upgraded and am ready to send this one to a new home. It still cranks, runs strong, and drives smoothly on the highway. I started it and drove it today. Features and maintenance: 5.4L Triton V8 4WD Lariat package SuperCrew four-door cab Heated seats Working sunroof Regular dealer servicing with full synthetic oil since approximately 80,000 miles Spark plugs replaced at least three times A/C compressor replaced previously Recently had approximately $1,700 in suspension work done at I Fix Fords in Fuquay-Varina, including front and rear shocks, ball joints, and a body leveling kit Never mudded and rarely used for towing No noticeable engine knocking Service records available, including regular oil changes and engine flushes performed at Hiester Chevrolet Cons / full disclosure: 342,775 miles — this truck has definitely been used! Small, slow oil leak; I have not noticed it leaving oil spots where it is parked. Minor coolant leak that has not caused any major issues during my ownership. Passenger-side rear quarter panel needs some cosmetic work. This is a high-mileage truck, so please understand that it is not perfect and may need additional maintenance as it ages.
