Known repairs/maintenance needed: Needs 4 new tires (see attached photos). The rear subframe on the driver's side needs repair before the vehicle can be safely driven (see attached photos). We received a mechanic's estimate of approximately $1,500 for the subframe repair and four new tires. There is a ticking noise coming from the engine that has been attributed to the valve lifters. This has not affected the vehicle's ability to run and drive smoothly. There is a slight oil leak that has not caused any known drivability issues.
