I’ve owned the car for years and have documentation for a number of the major modifications and recent mechanical inspections. I’m trying to represent the car as accurately as possible, including the items it currently needs. INCLUDED WITH THE CAR 2 factory key fobs Owner’s manuals Spare tire / factory tool kit Original factory springs Uninstalled fog-light inserts Parts and service receipts Recent independent pre-sale inspection Prior transmission diagnostic documentation RECENT PRE-SALE INSPECTION I had the car independently inspected on 8/25/26 at approximately 150,626 miles specifically in preparation for selling it. Current recommendations included: Front suspension work PCV / thermostat service Valve cover oil leaks Rear upper timing cover oil leaks Tires are due for replacement The recent inspection also showed the brakes, battery/charging system, wipers, and several other inspected items as OK. Full inspection information is available to serious buyers. TRANSMISSION DISCLOSURE The car shifts through all six gears, but 5th gear will frequently pop out of gear while driving. This issue developed after November 2025. There is also noticeable movement of the shifter when accelerating and letting off the throttle. A previous Audi/VW specialist diagnosed transmission noise under load, found metallic material in the transmission fluid, suspected an internal bearing issue, and recommended transmission replacement. I have the diagnostic paperwork available for prospective buyers. The South Bend Stage 2 clutch engages and operates normally. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT / EMISSIONS The check-engine light is currently OFF. The car recently stored P2402/P2404 EVAP leak-detection-pump circuit codes. I cleared the codes and have driven the car since, and the CEL has not returned as of this listing. I’m disclosing the recent EVAP codes so there are no surprises for the next owner. COSMETIC CONDITION The car was recently professionally detailed and still presents very well for a 2010 car with 150k miles. It is not a perfect car, and I want to be upfront about the cosmetic items as well. Known cosmetic issues include: Cracking/delamination of the factory carbon-fiber interior trim (extremely common on these cars) Rear headliner sagging (also very common) Normal hood/front-end rock chips Some curb rash on the wheels Cosmetic aging/weathering on the mirror caps Power rear sunshade currently inoperative (common for this age) Normal interior wear consistent with age and mileage The exterior still cleans up very well and the Phantom Black Pearl paint looks great to the eye. The vehicle has a clean title, but it does have accident history. It was sideswiped during my ownership, resulting in cosmetic damage that was professionally repaired.
