2012 Honda Odyssey Touring Mileage: 65,000 original miles Ownership: One owner since new Title: Clean title in hand For sale is my family’s one-owner, meticulously maintained 2012 Honda Odyssey Touring with only 65,000 original miles. We purchased this van new, and it has served our family exceptionally well over the past 14 years. Our children are grown, and we no longer need the convenience of the sliding doors and three-row seating. My wife wanted a newer vehicle, so it is time to let this excellent Odyssey go. If our needs had not changed, this is a vehicle I would have been happy to keep. This is not an auction-car, fleet vehicle, or recently acquired flip. It has been owned, driven, maintained, and cared for by the same family since new. Touring equipment and features The Touring trim is the fully equipped Odyssey model and includes: • Leather interior • Three rows of seating • Heated front seats • Navigation system • Rear DVD entertainment system • CD/DVD infotainment system • Power sliding doors • Locking wheel lug nuts • Three keys included: o Two remote keys o One traditional key Mechanical condition and maintenance This Odyssey has been meticulously maintained, including oil changes approximately every 3,000 miles. Recent items include: • New tires • New battery • New alternator There are no known mechanical issues. The vehicle runs and drives properly and is ready to be used immediately. Cosmetic condition As expected for a 2012 vehicle, there is some normal cosmetic wear, including paint wear and scratches. Please review the photographs carefully and feel free to inspect it in person. The cosmetic imperfections do not affect the vehicle’s operation, reliability, or safety. Why this Odyssey stands out • One owner since new • Only 65,000 original miles • Top-level Touring trim • New tires, battery, and alternator • Regular 3,000-mile oil-change history • Leather, heated seats, navigation, and rear DVD entertainment • Three keys included • Family-owned and not a dealer vehicle • No known mechanical problems This is an unusually low-mileage, well-equipped Odyssey Touring that should provide many more years of dependable service for its next owner. Available for serious local buyers to inspect and test drive. Please bring a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance for a test drive. No trades. No payments. No shipping arrangements. Cash, verified bank check, or completed bank-to-bank transaction only.
