Reliable, family-owned 2012 Volvo S60 T5 with approximately 169,500 miles. My dad owned it before me, and I have owned it for the past four years. Clean title in hand, two keys, and Volvo roof-rack crossbars included. The car runs and drives well with no dashboard warning lights. A/C, heat, sunroof, power windows, locks, heated seats, Bluetooth, and other interior features work properly. It has always been fueled with premium gas and has routinely been maintained by a local Volvo specialist. Maintenance records are available. Recent documented work includes: • Regular synthetic oil and filter changes • Front brake pads replaced at 154,340 miles • Rear brake pads replaced at 159,259 miles • Both front struts and upper bearing plates replaced around 160,569 miles • A/C compressor replaced and system serviced in June 2025 • Passed Colorado emissions in January 2026 • Most recent oil change at 168,930 miles in July 2026 For full transparency, the exterior has minor hail damage and normal cosmetic wear for its age. At the most recent service, the mechanic noted cracking in the timing belt, a collapsed right motor mount, and that the 150,000-mile tune-up did not appear to have been completed.
