2013 GMC Acadia AWD SLT Very Clean, Remote Start, Loaded, Hot Heat, Cold A/C, Heated Seats, Backup Camera, Newer Brakes, 3rd row seats, 2 Owner!! -It has the 3.6l V6 Engine. Powerful and peppy powertrain but gets amazing fuel mileage for the vehicle. The AWD is awesome in the winter and goes through MN winters with no issues. The car is rated around 30MPG on the interstate and around 20MPG in city type driving stop light to stop light type. Car is very reliable and always has been for the family and needs nothing. Most of the miles have been easy family, and mechanic maintained easy highway miles... roughly 156k miles. 1 Owner since 30k miles. -The car is loaded with nearly every single option. The automatic transmission shifts perfectly and nice and smooth... so smooth you cant even feel when it shifts. The car needs absolutely nothing and is ready to go. The car has always been driven anywhere and everywhere and we never think twice about it. Suspension is tight and rides great. The steering is tight and responsive and tracks good down the road (recent alignment). Newer brake pads on all 4 wheels in the last 8 months. Tires are newer this year too in great shape with about 90+% remaining. -The exterior is in great condition for its model year. The paint has a very nice glossy shine just like the day it was a brand new car... such a bright shine you could do your hair in the reflection. Car has no major dents or dings and very clean on the exterior. It has always been kept washed and cleaned and it shows. It has a small scratch or parking lot door ding here or there but nothing out of the ordinary or worth noting and it is very clean... it doesnt even have the typical paint swirl... it typically will weekly go through the touchless car wash and it will more frequently be washed in the winter. Very clean and sharp looking car. The car constantly gets compliments and is very sharp, especially with its dark metallic gray color that really pops in the sunlight!!! -Interior is in just as nice condition as the exterior. Very clean interior... All the seats, carpets, and trim pieces show little to no wear and very light use if any at all. No rips, tears, or excessive wear. Above average condition. Everything in the interior works perfect... all the windows, buttons, lights... everything! No out of the ordinary stains or odd marks anywhere on the interior! Had it cleaned/detailed this week as well as waxed! Great car with lower mileage that needs nothing and is ready to go! No issues, zero issues. Just hop in and go.
