The Transits are known for being easy to drive considering the size of the vehicle. We can vouch for that. We find it drives closer to – or even easier than – SUV’s like Suburbans and Yukons (which we drive often for work). We purchased the vehicle used in 2017. This was our family van for surfing and camping for years so it some wear to it: Some scuffs on the outside. Some of the lettering of the Transit 350 has detached. The rear view mirror is off (we have it and needs to be repaired by we never did because given the distance of the van, the tinted windows and the wide side mirrors, we found that we didn’t need it). Some surf was residue on the right passenger front-side entrance. The passenger side sun-visor needs to be repaired (it stays up but detaches when you pull it down…it’s a ½ inch plastic quick repair…we just never used it). We have several mouse repellent light set ups in the van because we live adjacent to the Los Padres National Forest where field mice like to make their homes in engines. We haven’t had any issues since installing them and cracking the hood open while parked. A few stains on the interior upholstery seats and cushions (they stain easily unfortunately). The laminate flooring has shifted back in one section by ¼-½ an in with wear but it’s still secure to the floor. Sliding plastic drawer in fridge is discolored from leaving it out too long in the sun to dry after a trip. We love it. However, it’s making less and less sense for us to keep it with our changing life circumstances (one boy headed to college back east, etc.). We live in Carpinteria. Our most available times to show the van are Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and weekends. Please contact us if you’re interested.
