Factory Packages & Premium Features This truck is loaded with premium options usually only found on the Lariat trim line: • Max Trailer Tow Package • Heated Front Seats: Features 10-way power adjustment for both the driver and passenger. • 8-Inch Touchscreen Infotainment: Fully equipped with SYNC 3. • Power-Adjustable Pedals: Fantastic for households with multiple or shorter drivers. • Remote Start System & Keyless Entry: Includes the convenient SecuriCode exterior door keypad. • Power-Sliding Rear Window: Equipped with factory privacy tint and built-in defroster. • Dual 110V/400W Inverters: Standard household electrical outlet. • 6-Passenger Seating: Features the 40/20/40 front split-bench with a massive fold-down armrest/cupholder console. Perfect for larger families or extra crew space. Condition & Maintenance • Service History: Meticulously maintained and serviced locally on a strict schedule. All scheduled maintenance and fluid services have been performed on a regular basis. • Body/Paint: Great overall condition. No rust, no major dents. Apart from the antenna base cosmetics (detailed below), the exterior is incredibly sharp. • Interior: Clean cloth interior with no rips or tears. There are some light, standard stains on the front seats, but otherwise excellent. • Tires/Brakes: Solid brakes and 20k miles on the tires, good tread remaining. The Only Issues (Honest Disclosures & Priced Accordingly) • The Antenna Mount: The radio antenna base was caught by a car wash brush, tearing the outer mounting hole on the passenger cowl sheet metal. o The Current State: The spot has been completely sealed with ultra-strong, color-matched weatherproof tape. It is barely visible unless you stand right next to it and look closely. The Radio/Bluetooth still works flawlessly. o The Fix: I received a body shop repair estimate of $2,500. I chose to save the time and instead heavily discounted the asking price of the truck to reflect this issue. • The Back-up Camera: Works intermittently (displays a blank screen or randomly kicks on). This is a known issue for this generation of F-150s. Note: This vehicle is covered under Ford's 15-year extended warranty program for rearview cameras, meaning the new owner can schedule a dealership visit to have it replaced. • The Cruise Control: Works most of the time but occasionally fails to engage. Diagnosed as a module that needs replacement (approx. $300 part). • Tire Pressure Sensors (TPMS): The sensors inside the wheels need to be replaced, so the dashboard tire light is currently illuminated. This is strictly a monitor light and has absolutely zero impact on vehicle safety, performance, or driveability. Serious inquiries only, please. Contact me if you want to come take a look at it, take it for a test drive or if you want to bring your mechanic by to look it over.
