Very low miles for the year. Runs perfect, always maintained expertly. Oil changed every 3000 miles. All fluids changed in the front/rear diffs @ 58k miles. New brakes (rotors, calipers, pads, brake fluid) done less than 3k miles ago. Tires replaced less than 5k miles ago, Michelin CrossClimate 2 tires which are 60k mile tires. All features and options work as they should. It comes with 2 key fobs, a gas fill lock w/key, owners manuals and has remote start. The "Town Car" edition does not have a third seating area (see pictures), but trades that for massive cargo space (it includes a sunshade for the rear). Being a "Town Car" the seating is more supportive and made with better materials than the regular MKT. There is extra leg room in the back seat and the vehicle also sits a number of inches higher for better road clearance. This edition also has easier driving manners than the rest of the MKT lineup and is effortless on long trips. The sunroof only opens for view as this edition does not have a retractable roof, just a retractable shade. In full disclosure the only item that needs to be repaired is a split in the drivers door handle on the seam. It is VERY common on the MKT and the part is readily available and not too expensive. The center touch panel on these vehicles are known to go out due to an engineering flaw and after having it replaced twice I actually had the latest one properly repaired electronically and it works just fine since. The infotainment system has had the latest Lincoln updates applied.
