2018 Ford Escape 4WD Turbocharge Ecoboost 1.5L – Rebuilt Title Selling my 2018 Ford Escape. The vehicle runs and drives and is in good overall condition inside and out. It does have a rebuilt title from a previous minor accident. I want to be completely transparent about the mechanical issue. The check-engine light is currently on, and the issue has been somewhat intermittent. Occasionally at lower speeds, it will feel low on power when accelerating and then suddenly regain power. It does not happen all the time. In trying to address the issue, both VVT solenoids and camshaft position sensors have been replaced, along with the camshaft itself. The timing/wet belt may be the next thing that needs to be replaced or investigated. The vehicle still drives, but I have another car and don’t have the tools or want to put additional money into diagnosing it. I’m selling it as-is rather than continuing to chase the issue.
