I have a clean AZ title in hand for this Blue Jean Blue 2018 Ford 4x4 F150 XLT Premium Crew Cab with the Coyote 5.0 V8 engine. It is a great truck. Everything is in excellent condition on this AZ truck. It has no accidents and a clean Car Fax. It had regular oil, differential, and transmisson fluid service. I have the service records for the two times I took it in at top local shops for normal work needed. I bought it 4.5 years ago in Prescott. The original owner put the first 45,000 miles on it. The near 100,000 miles that I added were 80% on I40 doing a daily commute along with driving to NJ twice a year. It is a very comfortable truck with heated and power seats plus an easy to operate dash configeration. The power rear window is an option you will love if you never had one before. The Coyote 5.0 V8 engine is what you want with the 3:55 gearing and 36 gallon extended fuel tank ... especially for longer trips or towing. If you want to tow, it will handle 5 to 6,000lbs easy. I only towed my raft trailer which is about 2,500lbs. The built in brake control, back up camera, suspension upgrade, and extended mirrors make it safe and no stress. When I bought a heavier travel trailer than planned, I upgraded to a F250. This F150 would get 23 mpg on that daily commute if I wasn't passing a bunch. If not, it was about 18 or 20 mpg - which is not bad with the cap, drawer system and the gear in the back. The photo of the original window sticker will show you all the XLT Premium extras this truck came with. I added the Leer Cap (locks just replaced), Husky weather liners, slide drawers, fire ext, center console locking vault, under back seat locking vault, towing mirrors, and the Road Active Suspension (RAS sysytem). It just had a fresh oil change along with tires rotated and balanced. The single side Cargo Slide makes a nice addition for loading and unloading. Everything else is stock.
