Mechanic Partnership Program Terms

1. Who can take part

Any independent repair shop approved as a Carsido Certified shop. Approval is at Carsido’s discretion. Incentives are earned by the shop, not by an individual employee.

2. What each incentive pays

• $50 — Sign-up bonus, paid the first Friday after your shop is approved

  Limited to the first 10 approved shops. Paid by direct deposit with that week's earnings.

• $1 — For every new customer you refer

  Paid when a customer you referred scans a service record or lists their car with Carsido.

• $10 — Each time a customer buys or sells a car

  Paid when they complete the purchase or sale through Carsido, using Stripe.

• $50 — For each financing transaction processedNot yet payable

  Financing is not live yet — this begins when it ships. And more to come.

An incentive marked not yet payable is announced but not in effect. Nothing accrues under it until Carsido says it is live.

3. The sign-up bonus is limited

The sign-up bonus runs for 12 weeks, ending November 23, 2026, and is limited to the first 10 approved shops, whichever comes first. Order is determined by approval time as recorded in Carsido’s systems. A shop approved after the cap is reached, or after the window closes, is not eligible for the sign-up bonus but may earn every other incentive.

4. How and when you get paid

Incentives are paid weekly, every Friday, by ACH direct deposit to the bank account on your account. A pay period runs from one Friday to the next; everything recorded and verified during that period is paid on the Friday that closes it. Funds typically arrive one to two business days after it is sent.

We do not offer instant or real-time payment, and nothing in the program should be read as promising it.

Payment requires a verified bank account on file. Until you add one, your balance still accrues in full and is not forfeited — it simply cannot be sent. Balances under $5 roll forward to the next Friday rather than being sent on their own. Incentives have no cash surrender value beyond the amount stated and are not transferable.

Carsido may withhold or reverse an incentive for activity it reasonably believes to be duplicated, self-referred, automated, or otherwise not genuine.

5. If a partner referred you

Some shops join through a partner — a mobile-mechanic app, a tool supplier, or a shop network — and enter that partner’s code when they sign up. Where they do, Carsido pays that partner an ongoing commission of 2% of what the shop earns from this program.

That commission is paid by Carsido and is not deducted from your incentives. A shop that joined through a partner earns exactly the same amounts as a shop that joined on its own. The partner never sees your bank details, and never sees anything about your business beyond the fact that you joined and what you have earned under this program.

A partner code is recorded once, when you sign up, and the first code recorded is the one that stands. Entering a different code later does not move your account to another partner. If you entered a code by mistake, or meant to enter one and did not, contact us.

6. Carsido may change or end an incentive

Carsido may add, change, suspend, or end any incentive in this program at any time, for any reason, in its sole discretion. Where an incentive is being ended or reduced, participating shops will be given at least 7 days’ notice before the change takes effect, sent to the email address on the shop’s account and shown in the shop dashboard.

Incentives already earned before a change takes effect will be honored. Qualifying activity that occurs after the effective date is governed by the terms as changed. The 7-day notice does not apply where a change is required by law, or where Carsido suspends a specific shop for suspected fraud or abuse under section 4.

7. Taxes and independence

Shops are responsible for any taxes arising from incentives received. Because incentives are paid by direct deposit to a business bank account, Carsido may require a completed Form W-9 before the first payment, and may withhold payment until it has one. Where total payments to a shop reach the IRS reporting threshold in a calendar year, Carsido will issue the corresponding information return. Tax forms are issued in the legal name, Zoooom, Inc.

Participating shops are independent businesses. Nothing in this program creates an employment, agency, partnership, or franchise relationship with Carsido or Zoooom, Inc.

8. Your bank details

Bank account details you provide are used for one purpose: paying you. They are stored encrypted, are not shown in full back to you or to anyone else after you enter them, and are not visible to Carsido’s support staff, who see only the bank name and the last four digits. They are never shared with partners or with any other shop.

You can replace the account on file at any time from your dashboard. A change made after a Friday run has started applies to the following week’s payment.
